Hello All,
After the downtime in FMT I have resolved the issue and have now also completed some maintenance that was needed, these changes are as follows:
- Upgraded Bird
- Upgraded to latest Kernel
- Updated the CX4 cards firmware to latest (including OFED)
- Move FREMIX to dedicated 100G port
- Moved FREMIX ports on all hypervisors to there own dedicated ports
Still left to do is the following:
- Upgrade all PVE nodes to latest
- Improve monitoring for early notifications of downtime
- Release new special offers in FMT (Will be once all above is completed and will be under special offers in the billing panel)
- Configure new routers for ASN change that will be soon, we will be moving to our other AS26556 (we will still keep AS47272 however expect an email soon for anyone with a BGP session to switch AS)
In general I will continue to improve our monitoring for all our infra, the US web server is up but I need to reconfigure the plans etc so they will return shortly (with special offers soon!)
I will be testing an alternative panel as well for VPS clients however this will take some time and consideration
