We've been incredibly busy behind the scenes implementing new features, upgrading our infrastructure, and resolving bugs to enhance your experience with HYEHOST. We're excited to share a number of significant updates with you today.
We are thrilled to announce that our Amsterdam location has been brought back online as a dedicated transit PoP! This high-performance point of presence is now fully operational and available for ordering transit services. If you're looking to improve your network's reach and performance in Europe, our Amsterdam PoP is ready for you.
You can order new transit services in Amsterdam directly from our client area.
One of our most requested features is here! We have added a dedicated Snapshots and Backups system for all our VPS plans. This feature is entirely separate from our standard system-wide backups, giving you direct control over your data protection.
For New Customers: This feature will be automatically activated on all new VPS plans.
For Existing Customers: We are in the process of adding this to all existing eligible plans. If you do not see the option in your control panel within the next 24 hours, please open a support ticket, and we will enable it for you.
Please Note: This feature is not included with special offer plans.
We have rolled out significant changes to our automation for all tunnel-related services, including transit via tunnel and IPv4 tunnels. These upgrades provide more flexibility and modern options for your networking needs.

To ensure our platform remains secure, stable, and performant, we have successfully upgraded all hypervisors to Proxmox VE 9. We are proud to report that this entire process was completed with zero downtime for all client virtual machines.
We have listened to your feedback and have squashed many bugs over the last few days, particularly within our IPv6 management module.
Resolved Issues:
IRR: Fixed bugs related to IRR record creation, editing, and deletion.
ROA: Corrected issues with ROA record deletion and editing.
Billing: Resolved a bug where pricing would show as 'NA' under certain scenarios. The 'Next Due Date' display has also been fixed.
As part of these improvements, we've also added a much-needed feature: you can now generate a Letter of Authorization (LOA) directly from the client area for your RIPE IPv6 prefixes.
Finally, all of our transit-only PoPs have been upgraded to Debian 13 "Trixie", ensuring they are running on the latest, most secure operating system.
