This decision is driven solely by significant and unsustainable financial losses associated with maintaining these specific US operations. This is not a reflection of the performance or efforts of any of our partners, personnel, or the quality of service provided to date. This is a necessary step due to the financial impracticality of continuing operations that are consistently "in the red" in this specific market segment.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all the partners who supported and contributed to these US operations for as long as they were viable.
We understand that this change impacts your operations and may affect the trust you place in us. Please be assured that this was a difficult decision, made only after exhausting all other options.
Affected Clients: If your services are directly impacted by the cessation of the Kansas or Fremont VM operations, please reach out to us immediately. We are committed to trying our utmost to find an alternative solution to assist you during this transition.
Service Access Loss: Due to the financial constraints leading to this decision, we have completely lost physical and administrative access to the infrastructure supporting the Fremont (FMT) and Kansas City (KC) VM services. As a result, we are physically unable to recover or migrate any data associated with these specific VM locations.
Moving forward, our business and financial strategy requires us to refocus our resources entirely on our core UK operations and other profitable, sustainable services. This concentration of effort is essential for the long-term health and stability of our business.
We want to assure you that we will continue to offer all services EXCEPT for the specific VM offerings in Kansas and Fremont.
