Hello everyone,
We are writing to clarify recent changes observed on the HYEHOST (AS47272) network. We are currently undergoing a business restructuring designed to focus our resources where they matter most.
The Changes We are exiting all US and EU locations and Internet Exchanges. Moving forward, HYEHOST will focus entirely on the United Kingdom. While this consolidates our geographical presence, it allows us to heavily invest in our local hardware and improve the quality of our core UK offerings.
Service Impact
UK Services: We continue to offer UK VMs and connectivity.
IX Connectivity: We remain connected to UK IXs. Note that these connections will largely become indirect. Our direct LONAP port remains online for now but will eventually move to an indirect model as well.
IPv4 Tunnels (US): We are discontinuing IPv4 Tunnels as a product line. All US V4 tunnels have been set to expire, and affected clients have been emailed directly.
Business Model Update HYEHOST is transitioning to a strictly Budget Unmanaged service provider. This change allows us to concentrate on the most profitable side of our business—providing cost-effective, reliable infrastructure in the UK—without the overhead of managed support.
