How to Create and Manage Professional Email Accounts Print

Your shared hosting plan comes with unlimited email accounts. Here is how to set them up:

1. Log into your cPanel.
2. Under the Email section, click on Email Accounts.
3. Click the blue Create button.
4. Select your domain from the dropdown.
5. Enter your desired username (e.g., info, sales, yourname).
6. Enter a strong password.
7. Click Create.

Accessing Webmail

You can check your email from any browser by going to yourdomain.com/webmail and logging in with your full email address and the password you just created.

Connecting to your Phone or PC (Outlook/Apple Mail)

In cPanel > Email Accounts, click Connect Devices next to your email address to see the exact IMAP/SMTP settings required for your mail app.
